At Bare Fragrances, we take great pride in offering authentic Arabian perfumes and niche fragrances of exceptional quality. Because our products are sold as testers and personal-use items, all sales are considered final. Please read the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.
1. No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
All sales are final for hygiene and authenticity reasons..
2. Damaged or Broken Items
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or broken, we are committed to assisting you.
To qualify for a replacement or resolution, the following steps must be taken:
- You must notify us immediately upon opening your parcel (within 24 hours of delivery).
- Provide clear photographic and/or video evidence of the damage.
- Include a brief description of how the package was received, including any visible damage to the outer packaging.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect item or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting images. We will gladly review and resolve the issue promptly.
4. Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and tracking information provided, Bare Fragrances is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier. However, we will assist wherever possible in submitting claims to the shipping provider.
