2. Shipping Options & Delivery Time

• We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa via trusted courier partners.
• Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
• Remote or outlying areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your parcel’s journey – via WhatsApp.

3. Shipping Fees

• Shipping rates are at a set rate per order.
• Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions on orders over a specified amount — details will be displayed on our website when applicable.

4. Packaging & Care

We package all products with the utmost care to ensure they arrive safely. Each fragrance is securely sealed and cushioned to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

While we work closely with reliable couriers, unforeseen issues may occur.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
